Pretty in Pink!....Miriam and Michael's K Club Wedding - PART 1

As soon as I met Miriam and Michael and spoke to them about their wedding day I knew we were going to have a lot of fun. Miriam had the idea of getting large helium balloons for the bridal party shots and we took full advantage of the K Club gardens to have some fun with these! There were so many beautiful touches to Miriam and Michael's day and I wanted to document them all. Miriam chose a soft pastel pink and ivory colour scheme for her wedding. Her vintage inspired Amanda Wakeley dress also added to the soft fairytale feel of the day! Miriam and Michael have been together since they were teenage sweethearts, they travelled the world and realised it was meant to be.  While on holiday in Chicago last year, Michael surprised Miriam at 8am on the morning of the second last day of their trip when he got down on one knee to ask her to marry him.  They celebrated their special day with family and friends at The Boys' Chapel, Clongowes and then on to the K Club.
